Bob van der Zande will take over as interim Chair of ULI Netherlands from Loes Driessen
This digital conference will bring together urban leaders to explore how cities and cultural placemaking may adapt in an increasingly dense, socially conscious and hyper-connected world. Bob van der Zande will take over as interim Chair of ULI Netherlands from Loes Driessen. Loes (Portfolio Manager Separate Accounts, Amvest) has chaired ULI Netherlands since July 2018. During her tenure, ULI Netherlands’ membership, especially corporate, has grown significantly to over 300 members. In addition, member engagement opportunities, such as the ULI Netherlands Annual Conference, have further developed and more in-person and virtual events have been added, including new Product Councils and mission-driven programmes, such as Urban Plan and Advisory Services.
The Urban Land Institute, in collaboration with PwC, would like to invite you to the launch of the Emerging Trends in Real Estate Europe 2021 report. During the seminar, the results of the research will be presented, after which a panel of senior real estate professionals will present their views on current developments in an interactive discussion.

As part of a live webinar on 29 October ULI, in collaboration with EY, launched the first global report to look at the impact of the ‘Future of Work’ on real estate and cities over the next three to five years. The results from a survey, taken by 555 real estate professionals internationally, anticipates changing work patterns, increasing the need for greater flexibility, and resulting in lower office demand and a flight to quality.
